What are you talking about? According to Gav today, Zurich is not happening. And there is no mention of Prince on the Live at Sunset site (even though they have nothing on that date at all).

I guess that there were plans of Prince playing on July 21st at Sunset. It´s curious that there is no concert planned for July 21st although there always was a concert every day inbetween the festival time.
There are several sources that reported negotiations between the festival promoter and Prince´s management. I really don´t know why this ain´t happening now. According to Gav Prince isn´t on the list for Zurich anymore but i still hope for a surprise...

Yes, but just because they have nothing on that date, doesn't mean that they will have Prince! Also he doesn't really fit that type of festival! I really don't see that happening! But if they would have him, I'm sure they would shout it from the rooftop and not hold back, as they announced all the other acts over a month ago already. [Edited 5/18/11 11:32am] | |

Then again, it was the same for Montreux in '09.... they only were allowed to announce it a couple of days or a week or 2 ahead. But still... it would be nice to get some source for this! But in the end... it doesn't matter... I can drive there in one hour... so if it happens, i'm there! | |
