flying in this week for the weekend shows. Any decent semi affordable hotels near the forum? I know that area can be sketchy. thanx ya'll

Honestly, you might be better off staying at LAX. Not much reason to stay in Inglewood. And there are lots of hotels there. Or, if you've never been to LA before, stay somewhere near Hollywood to take in all the sites. It won't be more than a 30 to 40 minute drive to the Forum.

Most hotels near LAX would be a good bet. I did see a hotel on Manchester near the 405 freeway that looked decent.

As others said, the chain hotels on Century Blvd near LAX. It's just a 5-10 minute drive from your Hotel to the Forum via Taxi.

You can stay at any of the hotels near LAX which are all close to the airport and the forum. I stayed at the Embassy Suites at LAX when I was there. It all depends on what you what to spend.

We booked Holiday Inn Express by LAX. It's less than 3 miles from the forum.

I stayed at the Best Western Airpark - right between the airport and the Forum - free shuttle from the airport and 1.5 mile from Forum - 8 minute bus or cab ride to the Forum. $94 for king size bed - pool too. I thought the location was perfect.

I stayed at the Westin Lax. It was a 10 min cab ride to the Forum and $15 fare.. This Thursday I may stay at the Holiday INn Lax. There on the same street and it looked like a newer nicer INN than Ive seen in the past. Went on Expedia last night and the room rates were around $100.00

I'm sending the bill for my cancellation fees to Mr. Nelson.

Is it a big pain to find taxis after the show?
