What is RISER?

Is it better than LOGE?

In my opinion these are the best seats in the house. Close to floor level but slightly elevated. Prince spends most of the time facing this way + They are only $25. I watch 3 shows from the Risers and they were better than most seats. only drawback is that you don't get to see the colorful outlines of the sysmbol shaped stage.

I've sat in both.. The risers are cool because they're slightly raised off the floor. You get to see the show from straight on most of the time, so it's more like a traditional concert viewing.

If you're in the loge, just make sure you're in section 1-9 or 28-36.... It kinda blows sitting on the other side of the arena 'cuz Prince faces towards the "point" most of the show...

Have Fun prince

Wow, thanks for a quick answer, desdimone! May I also ask about the section and row? Riser 1 is in front of Loge 1? I've got Row B and BB and DDD, though, which is front?

Riser rows started off at BBB to GGG, then AA to GG, then A onward

Anybody know how the VIP tables are ordered? Also -- what about floor section? I got a ROW 1 -- is that really the front?

Thanks,

- JG

You buy 4 VIP tickets. Yes, Row 1 is first row on the floor, but it's behind the VIP section.

Thanks -- I was hoping ROW1 wasn't behind some letters!

Looks like the VIP tables you can now buy in singles! Curious how they are arranged -- I've seen tables as high as #8 -- but I think there are more than that. Guessing lower is closer to stage -- but left to right, or right to left like seats. I guess at this point it doesn't really matter if one is that close!

Also worth noting that all VIP tables are now approx $210 each with fees as well as the VIP floor seats (those behind the tables.)

I should know this by heart already...but I think they are between 8-12 VIP tables in each section. Per the VIPs, it's more which VIP section, not which table. I probably prefer VIP2, but I'm just really into the Loge for this tour, because of the stage being so big.

I prefer to sit further back in the Risers, but that's just me. The farther back you are the more you can see the stage outline. The risers are only about 15-20 rows deep so they are by far the best value and gives you the opportunity to see Prince UP CLOSE. Have fun.

Man, the risers go fast. This is gonna be my 4th show this Saturday and I've been trying for Risers. The price is unbelievable and I've been thinking they are some of the best seats in the house.

But now I'm kinda worried because of the Purple Pit Dance Floor, I wonder if he's going to spend more time facing that way to get people grooving!?!
