Awesome show, fun, great band, happy crowd where we were (sec 28), and the $25 seats we got were really good. We are going to go every Thursday until he quits doing the shows  .

just seen a clip of the show ....... out of this world Prince is on fire 21 nights in LA may be as good or better than 21 nights in London .......
If your in LA you'll kick yourself if you miss out on this!

Prince started off that as an encore & went in2 "Kiss" on his purple piano then jumped on top of it & launched in2 the full version including his now signature featured dance part putting the women & some men(lol) in2 hysterics.He was in his don't care am going 2 play what want when want mood. There was no 6 encores though..Guess he saving it 4 2nite & Saturday nite which will b attending...
It sounds like he started out for the diehards yesterday, just as he ended especially for them in the concert last week, when he played those great guitar songs at the very end of that long show!
It's so great that he keeps mixing things up, there is always something there for everybody!!
And I agree with you about the piano sampler he does ... I like it. Prince is obviously having fun with it, and that's great! I don't think he would ever lipsynch anything live on stage in his concerts!!! His Kiss dance really has become famous by now, I always love to see videos of it!
I envy you for being there and able to see him again and again, but have a great time and enjoy these special shows!! |

OMG!!! Why am I NOT in Cali right now? Crimson and Clover???!?!?!?! That would have been so amazing, I love that song by him! Darnit, I really hope he continues to be on fire like this throughout the summer and I can see him...he is amazing me right now. I'm in awe just seeing the setlist. Seeing clips of the show is just....WOW!!! Prince is GORGEOUS. I'm inspired. GOD is GREAT. Is there anything else to say? lol |

am enjoying it & taking full advantage of it, because he is all we have left. am going 2 as many shows as can.... actually got good seats 4 last night 4 only $25.... am on cloud 9. Prince has some kind of spiritual high that he leaves U in after U c him, that no other artist has.....Thx 4 Ur response....
will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |

I thought the first show on the 14th was much better. At least the song selection. Good to hear shh any time though. The DMSR intro for the show on the 14th was classic. |

C&C was awesome and my fav from the night. It was better than the video. Just amazing - get to LA soon cuz u don't want to miss this live. Nothing better than Prince live... ~honey is b-ing 1 with the 1~ |
