Hey guys
I've seen Prince about 15 times live and I have to say I really enjoyed the concert last Thurs. I stayed for all the encores and was even able to move down from Colonade to floor to see it. Best $25 I ever spent.
It'll be interesting to compare the 14th to the 23rd. I hope the setlist changes a bit to get some different songs. Some of the ones I wish I could see are 7, God Created Woman, Lady Cab Driver, Play in The Sunshine, Dorothy Parker, and any of the classics from the first 4 albums...lol.
It was a treat to see him do The Time songs, that was a first and the MJ song. Although he didn't sing it I felt since it was a little nod to MJ since he's in LA.
I also would like to see Sheila open, that would be nice. I can't complain though, whatever happens is good enough for me I am just happy the tickets are afforable enough that I can go to several shows.
I recorded a lot of the show and have uploaded to youtube and so far they haven't been removed yet. You can find them under my name yorastaagirl. I still have more to upload but haven't got around to it yet.
Next show ill save my phone battery/memory in case I get up close again.... errrrr!
