According to the reviewer, "Prince performed many of his songs in truncated versions – none shorter than "Darling Nikki," where the band churned out only the opening riff"

I guess the reviewer "Gavin Edwards," doesn't know the difference between Prince's band and playing a cd of samples. Sad. Unless the band actually played it for once...but that is doubtful.
