Anyone else go through the steps of retreiving their VIP package from the Carolina concerts? Any trouble with the process? Have you gotten anything yet?

I got a supplemental email telling me I got too many codes and have to reprocess my order.

I received the same email about a week after I went through the process. I called and finally got it straightened out. I received the package last Friday. Let's just say that I am wildly under impressed. The T-shirt is cheap, the ticket looks more like a book mark and the "limited" edition lithograph is a joke. I have two of them, one is 43 of 1500, and the other 1403 of 3000.....WTF!!!

Anyway, it took about week after I called to receive the packages.

I went to 4 shows over 3 months & all my t's arrived the same day..... about 3 months late! They blamed suppliers! good luck.

I called Ticketmaster 877-848-7858. They were very helpful, even got me new codes.

Did you REALLY think anything like that with Prince involved in it wouldn't be cheap?? Sorry that you're surprised, but I'm certainly not!
