Okay who's going to this show...just got my tickets...it was rough getting them this morning but succeeded..

It was rough also... I was at work with others who were trying to get tickets as well so we all searched for tickets and picked the best set.

I know there has got to be more than 2 people from the org going to this show..hmmm

In all of my purple life... I've never been so excited.

I'm from Charleston, but live in North Augusta,SC; about an hour's drive from Columbia. I had contemplated trying to make it to the show on the 30th, but couldn't arrange it, so I got tickets for Columbia. I hope Prince tears the house down for ya!

Laylah Hathaway is opening for this show. I guess that cool but 2 other shows got Chaka Khan, I'm jealous of that one..of well..

I am going to try to go to all 6. Driving up from near Olrlando. I have tickets to 4 of them, but twisted my ankle/foot playing basketball, so have spent over $800 on non-refundable tickets that require my photo id to even get the tickets. A friend in Charlotte is willing to drive me to the arena for that show, but no idea how my foot will feel when I need to hit the road on Sunday or whenever I decide to leave. I can't imagine having to ask the arena for arrangements, when there are fans with real disabilities who need those services instead of some fool who still thinks he can play basketball.

don't be too sad about Layla -- she opened for him in Greenville two nites ago and he brought her back out during his show to do "nothing compares 2 u" duet -- what a treat !! hope you have a great time tonite -- can't wait to hear the reports in a couple of hours

She did great but I couldn't wait for her to end so I can see Prince... But I liked her voice...

I went and it was great.. I just joined a few days ago, and couldn't post for a while.. I was in Sec 50 row C... Great seats!

Hi everyone! I had to log on and share my first Prince concert experience. Now, I went with my older sister and we had the time of our lives! He was everything we knew he would be and more. I'm telling you, the man put a spell on everyone that night. No one, and I mean NO ONE, that was there has be able to stop talking about it. I'm sure my friends and co-workers are sick of me talking about him by now.

My sister has it even worse than me. She bought a symbol necklace at the concert and STILL hasn't taken it off. It's been 4 days!! She keeps rubbing it like she expects Prince to be a genie and will pop out of it! Now, she hasn't been to a concert in 26 years. That was back when she was 13 and our dad took us to see New Edition in 1984. I'm glad she had a great time, but she might have to go to rehab.

Sounds similiar to my story except I didn't get a necklace and I really think I may meet her in rehab. Prince will be there too going through a "Darling Nikki" withdraw...
