Would love 2 hear 'Don't Talk 2 Strangers' and 'TMBGITW' but he won't ever play them because one is an obscure song that only real fans know and the other is on an album that he hasn't touched in years. Still want to hear something from 'Emancipation' to but not gonna happen...was surprised he played 'Laydown' from 20ten since he doesn't do much of his newer album material during the shows it seems. Purple Rain is definitely going to be there. That song will never go away unfortunately.I mean it was brilliant and magnificent beyond what-is-on-the-setlist. Of course, I missed those songs, though. And I still love listening to Purple Rain, which is the point for me every time to see his passion. That night since a long while I was overwhelmed by that. [Edited 2/9/11 6:43am] | |
