I think one of those girls is elissa fiorillo who had a tiny bit of a career in the late 80s. Angel a Sarah Mclaughlin song so not country western but I can see why you may think that

Arms of an angel isnt a country western song... Shelby, Elisa and Liv are the backup simgers

i was there- BEST of the MSG shows and thankfully the longest one. he came on at 8:45 and played till 11pm. after the posted setlist here, he also did Baby I'm A Star, Lets Go Crazy, 1999, Dance with me at the Disco???, and an extended Peach as the final encores, in addition to all the other encores.

ok, thanks for the correction. this show for me was even better than the musicology 2004 MSG show- he was in such a good mood tonight. forgot to mention, after the final encore of Peach, he threw his guitar to one of the audience members in the front- hope they walked out with security!!! what a great night- we got a pretty classic show as far as finally shaking up the set- no complaints except that i didnt want to leave!!!

Did anyone else think the audience was sort of dead for the first half of the show?? Or was that just m section... I was going crazy but for the first half of the show I didn't think the audience was very excited... Then they got excited towards the end...??

I didn't read anyone's replies yet. I wanna say what I need to say about this concert!! THis thing was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sister and I sat in the back row of section 302 and you would have thought we were in the front row! We danced ALLLLLL NIIIIIGHT LONG!!! People were just standing there like a bunch of logs! Yoooooo!!!! I don't even have the words to describe this thing!!! I friggin' love Prince! ALWAYS have and ALWAYS will!!! let me tell ya tho. He broke it down with that Adore!!! WOOOOOOO!!!!! My sis and I were screaming like crazy throught the whole show!!! OMG!!! I dont' even know what else to say!!!

That's how I feel on both points. First I'm too excited to even explain how great this show was. I can't even type! Then, I've seen clips of previous shows and I could tell from the first moment that this was gonna be (and it was) the ABSOULTE BEST!!! He had some time to get it right I see between tonight and the 18th show. I knew that was gonna happen. Anyway.....whew! I was gettin' down and screamed my friggin' head off! And wasn't noooobody else dancing in our section excep my sis and I. We was reppin for section 302!!! BALISTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the show was so great I just wanna cry!! I wanna party with Prince all night long!!!

Security was right there taking the guitar after he threw it in the crowd

Same thing happened when Prince performed on Leno, he gave his guitar to a fan in the crowd and later on security took it back. It's cool they got a chance to hold it, but I feel bad if they thought they would be walking out with it.

i kept saying the same thing to my wife at the show. i told her the people on the forum are going to FLIP when they hear about this show- this is what we wanted !!!

Its like dude was reading our Posts and knew where to fix tha complaints from direhards.

yea, my section in 412 was dead-city. they didnt get up for the entire show. many in the front of the section didnt even seem into the show at all until the end. what a shame cause it was a great one. night and day compared to last month at the garden when he only did Kiss as an encore and then ran off. he pulled out all the stops on this one- i was so glad he really changed it up. can Feb. 7th even top this???-would be really hard to.
