VIP tickets-last minute

1.Do all VIP tickets sell out?

2.If they don't sell out, what they do with those seats/tables?

3.Can they sell them little bit cheaper at the last moment?

4. If they go cheaper, can I upgrade my floor seats?

Thank you.

They don't always sell out, they certainly didn't at Izod.

What they do in that situation is lower the price and de-package the seats. So they charge less, but you don't get the shirt/lithograph/commemorative ticket/laminate/etc.

They may let you upgrade, doesn't hurt to try.

IIRC it was 700 something. And before you buy you might want to read the threads about the poor view from those tables. The stage is taller than the tables and chairs so some people in those seats are paying all that money for an obstructed view. I’m pretty sure we were better off with our $180 Amex presale seats.

That is true about the view from the tables, it's not the greatest.

However one of the perks for the VIP tables, during the first two shows in NJ it was people from those tables who were invited to the aftershows.

I'm still hoping Prince will make his way back to Connecticut, I would love to see him perform at Mohegan Sun or MGM Foxwoods. Every seat in those venues is a great one.

And those "chic stools" they had at the tables looked so uncomfortable! My back would have been killing me at the end of the evening! eek

Thank you for responses.

Can any1 tell me please if Section 36, Row B is a good view?

I was trying to get Sections 48-54 from the second when presale was available, but no luck at all. Seems that Ticketmaster corrupted and destributing good tickets somewhere else.

I was on Dec. 29 on Section 62, and it was OK, could be better.

But ebay has so many tickets for sale, I wonder how those tickets got there on first place. What exactly brokers use to get best tickets?

Exactly biggrin

Nobody ever sits in Prince's concerts. Make sure you wear comfortable flat or platform shoes/boots, because I wore stilettos on 29-th and I thought that I'm gonna be dead by the end of the show, haha.

That's not true.

Some of us don't need to be on our feet every minute. hmph!

And I hate when people on here say you're not a real fan if you sit a bit. rolleyes

From what I've seen, some people SHOULD sit and spare the rest of us the sight of their non-rhythmic twitching. lol

Huh? That's just silly.

I stand when I feel like it, I sit when I feel like it.

He's not the Pope or President- it's not MANDATORY. It's music. neutral

I have enjoyed all but one of my 31 shows- and that was for personal reasons... sometimes I was standing, sometimes not. My choice.

For the record, I ain't sayin' everyone should stand during Prince concerts.

I'm just sayin' it's surprising to hear there are orgers who don't.

No worries biggrin
