LOL I'm going to be in section 302 row J in the aisle. I'm not too happy about being in the back row of my section. I'm gonna try and exchange when I get there. Try to keep yourself under control until then. I'm just as excited. biggrin Enjoy!

They let me exchange once when I called ticketmaster. I can't do it again but I want to try when I get there. I truly just want exchange because I'm in the back row. It'll prob be hard not only because I already exhcnged but also because I have two seats to exhange and who knows if by now there are any two seats left together. Or, maybe I can just stick it out and wait and see if someone doesn't show up and move up a row or two.

I wouldn't mind being in the back row because I have this thing about people being right behind my head. I hate when people lean over my shoulder and read....

At the 12/18 show, there were 3 older women with "stereotypical New Yawka" nasal voices who wouldn't stfu directly behind us. The drunker they got, the louder they got. I just wanted to scream "SHUT UP!!!!!" headache

And one of them knocked over her cup of beer, which ran under our feet... pissed

So yeah... back row doesn't seem so bad to me. lol

Now, that you put it that way.....

You know, I love Prince and I'm excited about seeing him for the first time and so close to home but I'm not looking forward to all the drama that comes with the drunkards who can't control themselves. I don't drink or smoke but I know people there will be high on something and I'm not the one to be able to deal with people who want to mess up my experience because they can't have fun without being in another state of mind. But, like I said you have let me have another perspective about my seats and now, I'm not feeling so bad. (I still plan on takin' any empty seats I see...and slapping the person who might try and ruin my night.) lol jk

"The things we do for love." *wink* Love you Prince! lol

make sure you look at a seating chart before you say yes to what they offer. You prob already know that but I'm just saying...

And IMO this is the best map I've seen so far. : http://www.thegarden.com/seating/

and compare it also with this : http://www.thegarden.com/...eating.pdf << How I found out I was in the last and PERFECT row. lol

I live in LA and can't afford to go NY for the concert. Can someone who's lucky enough to be going on Jan 18th please purchase one of the $15 Controversy picture posters for me, the one that everyone is talking about! I would really appreciate it so much! Thank you! smile

I called Ticketmaster this morning to talk to a rep about exchanging my ticket and had the option of getting seats in Sections 115 row B or 216 row D. And now it's official, I picked the section 216! It's going to cost me $22 more ($99), but I rather sit on the other side of the stage than pay $79.50 in the nose bleed in section (section 423 row F) which would have been really sucky! lol

lol Hey watch it about the New Yawka accents. lol (j/k). That's the only annoying thing at these shows are the loads of beer drinkers who can't seem to contain themselves drinking one cup of beer, then have the nerve to have a second cup, and end up acting wild banshees let out of a a cage for the first time. Bunch of asswipes.lol

I was tempted to get the section 115 ticket, but when the rep told me that the difference would cost over $100 more, I decided to pass. lol

Well, dang. Not that much more. Where you're at is pretty good. Has to be much better than 400's.

Hey did you see the seating map? The one where you actually get a panoramic view of the areana in relation to the stage? I used the basketball or wrestling chart because obviously, Prince's stage is in the center not in the back so looking at it that way, helps me see where I'm at.

Anyhow. I just can't wait to go. I'm about to have a blast!

Yes, and yes! The seating charts helped a lot. When I called to see about the ticket exchange, I wasn't sure about the seats at first, so the rep told me to call back. As soon as I got off the phone, I knew that I should have gotten the section 216 seat while I was on the phone earlier. razz Thank god when I called back, the same seat was still available!

Yes, you will have a great time. I still can't stop thinking about seeing Prince at MSG on the 29th. I had the time of my life!!!
