Man, I'm so upset.

I bought tickets for 1/18 at MSG for section 324 row G.

That's like at the right or left of the circle in a corner and a few rows back.

I said to myself after purchasing them, I need to exchange these tickets and move to the other side where the tip is in the corner (pretty much diaganally across from 324 - Section 302) But, now the lady gave me row J. This is the last row in the section. Althought 302 isn't a bad section I didn't realize how far row J would be. So, after I get the tickets I realize this is pretty much as bad as being in my previous section. I called back and wanted to exchange for anther row atleast and Ticketmaster said no, they only do one exchange as a favor. I wanna call them back and exchange my tickets for pretty much an upgrade. (sections 200 - the blue seats.) I'm not sure they will do it for me. And I don't want to have to pay extra taxes cuz I heard they raised the prices for the new year.

I need to get me some better tickets somehow.

ANyone know if they can be traded for better seats? Even if I go up in price?

I tried to upgrade for my 2nd IZOD show and they said nope. It ended up being cool anyway since I got my seats upgraded for free, but I guess you can call back to ask. They may not do it though.. I'd want great seats too!

Yah, it's just that I'm in the back row of my section. I don't like that these people don't explain where you are in the areana. Section AND Row. They just expect you to know.... I'm aware of seating charts but still it would be courteous.
