Ridiculously ignorant... Ignorant of Prince's catalog, and ignorant of Prince's concerts. Rehearsals historically have not been indicative of the actual show, and usually, with true Prince heads, it's more like, "Wow, he played that at rehearsal and not at the show?".
Just damn ignorant.
...not 2 mention that it's coming from the promoter...

But hey... U should know that a rehearsal is not ever indicative of the show.
If it were, then that would be far 2 short of a Prince concert.

I think "Cream" should be retired.... "Raspberry Beret" and "U Got The Look" somehow don't always come off right live, but I'd keep "Uptown", "Cool", and "Let's Work".

So far this looks about right Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews. | |
