Is it me, or does Prince always tour in the winter? I have been to 20+ P concerts and the majority have been in December-March. I've also been to several shows in December a few weeks before Christmas. Inquiring minds want to know why this trend? (Keep in mind I'll go see his show WHENEVER he tours!!!)

Let me think about out it for a while, maybe I can come up with an answer in the near future.

I remember wearing a bikini top at a concert in 1997. It was at Jones Beach, Long Island New York.

But I do concur with your findings of it being cold during his concerts.

and it mostly starts in March???This time I think it has 2 do with end of the year and TAXES!He is trying 2 beat the TAX hike after the NEW YEAR!

i remember standing in line in 1997 to see him at Roseland in NYC- one of the coldest nights of recent memory for me(i think it was in january). but man what a great show.

it's funny cause my wife was recently saying the same thing- every time we have seen him, except for the musicology tour in '04, it has always been cold out.
