When will the IZOD's tickets ready to print? We can print MSG's tickets long time ago, But why can't we print IZOD's tickets? |

Some fans here already printed theirs sometime ago when the tickets first went on sale. Don't know what the problem could be now. |

I can print my MSG's ticket without problem, but my two E-mails for IZOD are just like:
Your order number for this purchase is *******/***. Show complete order detail.
You will receive your tickets via: Will Call - Tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the cardholder with original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID with signature such as a state ID, driver's license or passport.
We'll email you when your tickets are printed and about to be shipped.

And I'm not able to print the ticket. I can only print the Receipt. |

I printed my IZOD tix right away....
And then after I exchanged seats, I was able to print right away. In fact, I printed my new ones last night, 10 min after I got off the phone with TM.

^^^ I had the same problem. Call Ticketmaster and tell customer service the problem (they will say it is "Ticketfast" problem). Just insist that Ticketmaster e-mail the tickets to your e-mail as an attachment. Make sure you check your junkmail folder for the tickets. That is how I resolved the same problem. Hope this helps! I always get my tickets mailed to me unless the show is happening within a couple of days and that is not possible due to short notice. In that case I pick them up at Will Call. I hate having a piece of paper and not a real ticket. I have over 200 ticket stubs and only about 10 of them are paper and that is only because I purchased them through a broker.
Perhaps you accidentally clicked on the Will Call option. It sounds weird that it says you can pick up your tickets at Will Call but then says you will be e-mailed when your tickets are printed and shipped. It is usually one or the other. It will be fine, just contact them and let them know you want to pick them up at Will Call so you have a real souvenir. Have a great time at the shows |

Can I just bring the “order detail”(printed paper) and my ID and debit card to the IZOD, and be able to go in the gate? |

The "order detail" usually says this is not a ticket so it will not get you in the gate. I am pretty sure you will have to pick up your ticket at Will Call unless you receive it in the mail. It only takes a minute, there are separate lines for whatever letter your last name begins with and you will get a real ticket. They always say you need the credit card and photo ID but I have always just been asked to show my drivers license. |

^^^ With Ticketmaster--don't second guess! Call them! With the Prince concerts, there has been a lot of confusion with what is going on with tickets! Confirm everything by phone! Yeah, that is great advice. On your "order detail" it should say Delivery Details, what exactly does it say after that? It should describe whatever form of delivery you chose when you purchased your tickets, home delivery, will call, or ticketfast(print your own). |

What rmartin70 says is correct. How did you order your tickets to be delivered originally? By e-mail or sent through regular mail, or by pick-up at the box office? What ever way you ordered it, you need to confirm by calling Ticketmaster or it could get messed up. Pick up that phone and call 1-800-745-3000.
Then, have them transfer you to customer service.

at my order detail page,it shows:
Your tickets need to be picked up at the venue's Will Call window
So, there will have a "will call window" at IZOD center, Right?
I just remember the order number and bring ID and debit card to the concert will be fine? |

IZOD has a row of will-call windows.... It's an arena.
Just because it's not MSG and in NJ doesn't mean it's archaic.
