The first two shows Dec. 18th and 29th at Madison Square Garden sold out in only 30 minutes.

But at IZOD center, still have some tickets available on ticketmaster.com right now.

And I checked the ticketexcange website, the MSG concert's ticket price is much higher than IZOD center!

why the different is that big??

So I have to spend a lot of money to buy a ticket from a scalper ?

Is the website "ticketexcange" safe to shop?

msg is a iconic venue..if they ever knocked it down like they did the philly spectrum a few days ago there wouldn,t be a dry eye

msg is easier to get to

I still say it has to do with the times of the concerts- weekdays vs. a Saturday and during the holiday week.

Could be due to tourism and the fact both states have different tax rates. Who knows. Either way whichever venue you see the show you'll have a good time.

perhaps it is because Madison Square Garden is a more convenient location. It is easily accessible by all forms of transportation and I think many people prefer to go there.

i can bash jersey cause i was born and lived here all my 29 yrs...i meant it as i was being sarcastic. don't you ppl watch house md??

the general concensus i'm getting is that alot of new yorkers don't have cars cause its crazy with traffic and to pay for parking...so they would have to take public transportation and ppl on here were saying it would take over like 2 hours...

But we have to pay tolls/gas/parking/or for public transportation every time we want to see a show in NYC.
