Does anyone remember which tour Prince was on when he had the concert air live on national tv and he was wearing the black lace pants with the butt cheeks cut out? I remember falling in love with him that night, but I was only 5 or 6 yrs. old at the time. I just remember that he was still with the Revolution and he turned around to the camera and shook his goodies for all of America(luckily this was before FCC delay technology ). Was that the Purple Rain tour? Anyone know which show it was (location, date)?

I used to have this concert on tape, but like I said, I was five or six yrs. old at the time. I have no idea where that tape is or what kind of shape it's in now.

P.S. - Don't judge my parents for allowing me to watch that concert. It was great family fun. They wouldn't, however, allow me to attend one of his concerts when I was a kid. My mom said she would be too embarrassed to stand there with her six-year-old chanting, "People call me rude. I wish we all were nude..." What can I say? I have an older sister (by 7 yrs.) and my family was really into music, so I grew up listening to the music of the day (along with the music of yesterday thanks to my parents).
