I just got a Presale Code email from Madison Sq. Garden, and it's different than what LiveNation posted only 4 and a half hours ago on their Facebook page...

LiveNation says the presale code is: lights

However, MSG says it is: GUITAR

I'm confused. Will all pre-sales redirect to the Ticketmaster site?

Thanks for sharing this info folks. I think there might be confusion because LIGHTS is the passcode of the month for LiveNation presales. At least, that is one of the instant passcodes given in the FAQs for the site.

I guess we should try both. Good luck getting GOOD tix tomorrow everyone.

What's the passcodes for the IZOD Center concerts? It just says "Internet presale" it doesn't say "BET/Apollo presale" or "MSG/LiveNation presale", does that mean we don't need a password to access the IZOD Center concerts presales?

It's for one ticket...the descriptions specify that they include one seat.

The tickets are sold thru Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster and LiveNation are partners

- LiveNation promotes concerts, Ticketmaster sells the tickets to the concerts.

That's why even if you go to the LiveNation website (I included link in first post of this thread), it still takes you to Ticketmaster's website when you choose what day you want for tickets.

There will likely be a box that says:

Live Nation Presale code or Presale Code

LiveNation says their code is lights (and that it works for all 5 shows; NJ and NY)

Madison Sq Garden says their code is Guitar (and is only for the 2 NY shows)

I agree. the stage works fine, everybody close to the action (even in the nose-bleeds). But because the stage has to be big enough to hide dressing room and place for guitars etc, it has te be of a certain hight. thats my warning

So you want the least number of people to know the passwords, but you then share another one on the WORLD WIDE web? How does that make sense to you?

10:05am -- multiple threads started by people who couldn't get pre-sale tickets b/c the whole world knew all the passwords and they sold out.

I went all out for the Sade shows so I had to settle for the 60 dollars tickets. Womp womp. I'm going on the 18th.

Yeah my buddy went to a Musicology show and it cost him like $75.

No worries, this will be my first Prince show so I can't really complain!

But SHIT I forgot all about Sade!

ALIST is another code to get in 2day but all the VIP tix r sold out

I got front row seats for the Musicology shows at MSG and they cost me less than $100 each. Those days and prices are long gone.
