ok so i ordered a tour shirt with my ticket. it said on ticketmaster about a few days later about a email with a code and instructions to redeem. did anyone get that email yet? i haven't. wondering if it's just me.

No I haven't gotten mine yet either and I"m kinda getting annoyed by it! Didn't it say you'd be contacted within 3-5 business days? Tomorrow will be the 5th day, so ..I want my tshirt

I just got the promo code! Disappointed that it's just a regular Hanes (?) tee. I was hoping for Trunk shirt since they feel/fit so nice. I'm having a problem with the code, though. It's appearing as a free shirt, but it''s charging me shipping even though shipping to US addresses is free (as per email). I'm having the same problem, I contacted the company about it. I'm not paying shipping and its supposed to be free!! This set up is kinda crappy. I shouldn't have bought this damn shirt, it is seeming to be such an issue. And its going to take 30-60 days to ship out!! That is ridiculous!

Also got the code and it is adding shipping charges despite what the email says. Bummer that the shirt is $20.10 and shipping is $8.50 (totaly $28.60), but I paid $29.95 for the shirt through Ticketmaster. (Plus, I bought the shirt at the presale and then ended up getting VIP packages during the general sale, so will have those shirts, too--I trust those will be different T's). In all, I guess I could find worse things to kvetch about.

The VIP shirts are VERY different! Those are the ones I'd hoped for. My husband owns a few TRUNK brand tees. They are one of a kind, small number made. The artist has creative control over what is put on them. They are soft, more fitted. They are expensive tees (got them at his old job).

On the other hand, the crap we're getting for our $30 is the average concert fare tee (Hanes, etc). If I'd known that's what it was I wouldn't have bothered. Those tees are so boxy and man-shaped, they typically look like crap on me. Nothing I'd wear for fun. Oh well. Lesson learned. And now this shipping cost is adding to the sour feeling towards it. Would have rather waited to the concert and picked something out in person!

I'm just glad I got tix. The tee is a small thing in the grand scheme of a $400+ expense.

i called about how being in the usa with shipping already paid for and i forwarded my email 3 times. the call counsellor was gonna call me back when he gets it. we were on the phone waiting for 10 mins for the email. ok its been a hour already. no call back. FML backorder?
