I'm losing faith now. The press conference tonight won't be about Europe shows I guess confused

A whole new website: 20eleven.com with 13 new experiences to choose from.

20eleven will guide us along all non-European venues he will visit in 2011.

lol

Well, there was a joke in some Finnish news paper. "Prince is planning to do more cancelled shows in Finland, because of huge interest. July's show will be cancelled half a week before and January's concert just an hour before gig would have started."Well, he's a joke here in Finland.

Let's see what happens with the rest of European shows. Press congress with Live Nation is not necessarily a good sign. It may have something to do with the cancellations so far.

According to "Het Laatste Nieuws" of today, we will have to wait until 20 oct. before we will know if the concert in Antwerp will go on or not

What's the point in coming here Twice a Day When you sincerely think Prince became irrelevant with Batman ?

Eireboy34 feels like majority of Finnish Prince fans. 5 cancelled gigs in Helsinki is nothing less than a joke. Especially when Prince has never performed in Finland.

I wouldn't call Prince as a wanker, but his organization is definitely incompetent. No one has cancelled - even close - so many concerts in Finland than Prince. Such an arrogance towards one country is simply rude and means a lot of fans giving up with Prince

C´mon, it´s just a matter of coincidence. U really think someone from Prince´s team or even him hates Finland that much?

No, it's not a matter of coincidence. I can not name any other artist who have cancelled even two gigs in Finland, not to mention three...

Probably they tried to sell one concert to Sweden as well, but obviously it failed. That way it would have left more money, because of the cheaper logistics. But selling a one show with a chance there MIGHT be a show in the other country is simply a reckless. Especially without any warning of it. Thousand of Finns made vacation plans, hotel reservations etc. based on that information we had 2 weeks before the actual date. When this happens three times in a row...well, I guess you understand...

I'm glad for fans in Norway and Danmark, though...

I'm not a Belg, so I don't have acces to that newspaper.

I have very very little hope he does something in Antwerp in november, we'll wait.... again.

But that's not news!

I did use the `euphemism` word, before I left for Bergen, right?

So P will not even try to do somethign in November in Antwerp. Hmmm.

Other hall in the Benelux?

I don't get your point confused

I posted this this afternoon

Antwerpen Canceled - Possible new date in November

The Prince concert in Antwerpen 26october is definitely canceled.

Greenhouse Talent is negotiating for a new date in november.

Although the chance of it is quite small imo, there is hope.

I think Udo meant that the date was already cancelled (on hold and looking for another date) so this basically is repeating old news. The only news is that they try to plan that other date somewhere in November, but I agree with Udo it will probably lead to nothing. I think Prince has his mind focussed on the USA right now.

Ah well, I just hope he will get back soon. For me, Belgium is about as far as I can go (since I'm under-age and I can't find an adult as crazy as I am lol ) so there is no chance for me to see any other concert this time. Bummer, but I'll live with it.

You mean you're gonna actually hear what we play tonight? You're not gonna make up the notes in your mind?
