According to French media, Prince may be considering performing in the gardens of the Château of Versailles... that would be glorious! He checked out the stage just before going to Arras.

This seems a bit strange as he had difficulty selling tickets for Arras and Nice ( and most other places).

Versailles is a very small venue (curators don't want too many people tramping on the grounds of the Castle and wrecking the place) my guess is it will be one or maybe two exclusive shows (very expensive). He did great at the Grand Palais and La Cigale in Paris last fall. I didn't even manage to get a ticket, and I tried really hard!

I think his organisers have chosen places that are just too large for his concerts this summer... I'm pissed about Geneva because I lost quite a bit of money. Bad organisation, most certainly not Prince's fault.

No, I watched the French news (I'm French) and they're just saying he was curious about the stage there where other artists were to play this week-end. He danced a couple steps and that was it. They're also saying he's been seen over there more often lately but no concert in perspective.
