Prince jams with Stevie Wonder in Paris Just back from AMAZING Stevie Wonder show at Bercy. Stevie called Prince on to jam on Superstition.
Prince's guitar was pretty lame but he got a great reception.
There was this woman with a tambourine who kept dancing in front of Prince. Only after a minute did I realise it was...SHEILA E!!!
Stevie didn't know she was there until the end of the song and mentioned her name about five times.
A great moment in a great show!

Maybe he thought he shouldn't steal the limelight with a balls out blazing guitar solo so just stuck to some lame funky grooves I could listen to Prince's lame guitar all day We ain't from Hollywood, so you know it's all good

Cool gig, I love seeing Prince in Paris, the French love him, saw the 2 opening nights of the Lovesexy tour there.
Its a shame Prince didn't do this at Glastonbury on Sunday night with Stevie, would have been cool and got him in the mainstream public eye again, I was hoping when U2 pulled out he might play, I think he'd love playing to a huge audience of music fans like at Glastonbury.

Can we make that Bloody Marys??!!
It WAS a great moment, but with those two talents onsatge it could've been so much better.
And, sorry...isn't this "chicken grease" thing a bit played out????

It wasn't really "chicken grease" - which is a continuous strumming style of playing - "just" a funky scratchy guitar solo which, as a funk artist, is what should be expected on a funk song, no? We ain't from Hollywood, so you know it's all good
