Now U2 have pulled out of Glastonbury, wouldn't it be great if Prince stepped in to fill the slot I know it wouldn't really happen, but now U2 have pulled out wouldn't it be great if they managed to get Prince to replace them, on Friday 25th June. It would fit in nicely with his other European dates in July.

I just came to say the same after talking about it on efestivals.
I'm not sure it will happen - adds a whole 10 days extra to the European trip. I would be very happy if it did though. | |

I do not think he would be very pleased about being asked to 'replace' someone.

tickets sold out looooong ago..... and exactly how much do you think thyose dissappointed folk woukd charge-IF THEY CAN SELL EM' ON how much do you think you'll get a ticket for im guessing-a good months mortgage payments worth-at least P's good-but he sure aint THAT good  | |

I'm sure Eavis already had replcements/alternatives in place just in case any of the headliners pulled out.
