true, but he's also playing 2 other huge concerts around that day PLUS he played france several times 6 months ago. Less demand I would guess. His Croke Park no-show was supposed to be his only major show that year (i think?). On a more practical note it was also before lots of people were hit hard with the recession which probably makes a big difference.

Of course the support acts being in different countries is harder to explain away.....

As also stated in another thread - Larry Graham is announced on a lot of sites to play in Arras that day, Mint Condition's FB-Site has not listed any concert around the 9th of july (may that be a good or a bad sign) - but for me it's more realistic that they play in Arras on 9th and give there planned concert in Werchter on 10th than playing in Kansas on 9th and than heading to europe over night to play in Werchter - for me there is nearly no way to do that - you need appr. 15-18 hours from Kansas to Werchter (time difference included).
