ARRAS 9 JULY - tickets bought from digitick.com

Hi

Please post here if you bouth yours from Digitick.com.

Am I right in thinking the £124 tickets (Gold Circle) appeared to be sold out, then more were added?

I ended up going through to the Digitickets site, being told GC sold out, then I refreshed a few times and they appeared again.

Only thing is now I am very uncertain of what I have, because I can't read French. Could someone here please put my mind at rest and explain the process they went through, to check if it sounds the same as mine! (I am terribly nervous about these things, especially after Croke park).

Thank you!

CRAIG

Thanks Naqua,

I appreciate that. I've actually just done a translation on the email confirmation ad it all seems to be done.I've also just been back to the site and entered my mobile number and password, and the tickets do seem to be there.

You know when you just get that feeling that everything was a bit too easy?!

Have you printed off yours?

Hi, Graig.
I had same experience as you today.
Went to main saite www.mainsquarefestival.fr-when clicked Prince banner it took me to Digitick.com.
At first there were no tix for golden circle(Carre Or-in french), i refreshed the site and they appeared. Was not able to translate from french to english,as my google translate link (which is usually available on top of the page) dissapeared, so I had to proceed in french. Etape 1 , Etape 2, Etape 3, Etape 4.Then finally I printed out my ticket and my facture No. and got a confirmation on the email a well. did you get the ticket and email confirm?

Hi Safiya

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I got the confirmation email and a pdf of tickets (2 x each with a different number and name).

Have had the same feeling here - also don't speak french - but I got my pdf with my name on it and a confirmation-email - so everything should be fine - hopefully the concert will be a great evening.

greets from austria

I had the same experience, too. Went to the main site and ordered tickets and printed them. Later on I also received a confirmation e-mail in my inbox. However, I've just read in a different post in this forum that someone was uttering some concerns about "digitick.com". Don't know why... If you ordered tickets through the main sit of the Arras festival, that was "the only way to go". I speak some French and the whole procedure looked okay by me. Still, I'm a bit worried now. Is that Digitick.com site dodgy ?

For people that can't speak French just highlight the written text u want, right click and in the list should be a 'translate' bit, keep holding and it will automatically translate all ur higlighted text in the desired language u want.

I emailed them and they got back to me straight away to confirm it all in English and to confirm that my tickets will be okay even though I had spelt my friends name wrong.
Shut up already, damn.

I bought my tickets from the FNAC site but I can't see anywhere on them that confirms that I have a parking space?

I'm presuming that it diesn't matter if you bought from digitick or FNAC ... both are charing the same price so both should be offering a parking space with the ticket?

Does it actually say on the digitick tickets that you have a parking space?

Cheers for any help.
