Where are people seeing their tickets?

I logged into the proximus site (new registration today) but can't see anything - ticket status is blank like nothing booked - making me very worried.

I did get a confirmation number on booking but no email other than my log-in details for the proxiums site.

Thanks, that worked!, I can see my e-ticket now so that's a relief. but it shows as an 80EUR one, do other people see 120 EUR?

I know I selected gold circle.

I'd rather be there than not at all, but!

I didn't want to hear that!
I'm hoping it's something to do with foreign payments as my fees are showing up as EUR1.10 was as it said on booking it would be EUR3.20.

I've sent them an email so hopefully will hear back soon.

Edit - just off the phone, they say I booked a normal ticket so I guess I'm going to have to live with that!

I think they charge you the 1.10EUR because they only have e-tickets, so there's no actual shipping fees for hard tickets.
I was charged that as well and I'm not in Belgium either.

first time I'm 100% that I pressed gold circle, but I filled in some details wrong, so I can only guess when it reset the page to make me put my email address in the right place (I used the french and i don't speak a word!) that it changed the ticket to normal and I didn't spot it.

going to have to live with it as not a lot i can do - still it's a Prince concert after all!

I think there's something wrong but i am scared to close it and try again.

Two hours seems very long...
If you're waiting for Golden Circle you can quit, that's sold out already. If you want Regular tix you could either wait but I'd personally retry....

Two hours seems very long...
If you're waiting for Golden Circle you can quit, that's sold out already. If you want Regular tix you could either wait but I'd personally retry....

This must be exactly what happened to me! I DEFINITELY chose GC. Oh well, still going, and got some money for the trip now! Anyone know the best place (town etc) to try and book a hotel in?

I`m having the same problem as you intially had. I`ve had an email with regards to ticket reservation which includes password & id number but no actual confirmation. Where are you guys seeing e-tix? When I go 2 the main site & try & log in I get nothing!!

Closest town of any meaning is Louvain, so that's your best bet to find a place to stay close to Werchter with easy transportation to and from. Then again distances in Belgium are short anyway. So you could stay in Brussels or Antwerp too, if you find better deals there.

I came across the same problem, reserved a golden ticket at approx.9.05 this morning, especially took an day off,it seemd to go ok, i'm 100 %sure i selected a golden one, when i got my conformation email they gave me a 85 euro ticket. I send a mail back but i don't think they will want to exchange it. It's better than nothing i guess...

naa, mine says reserved too... i think the payment processing takes longer, nd even if it doesn't go through, they'll probably will ask for a new payment... we do have reservations so I'm not worried

I called and my ticket reservation remains valid, the invoice will be sent asap Hip Hip Huray I'm in Gold Circle!

mmm, I just checked and there're still tickets available. No gold circle, damn it. I thought it was going to be sold out in a minute. Silly me. I remember from my old chatting times that there was an icon ... lets see where it is... here¡¡¡ hammer

A few hours ago still only reveived the reservation confirmation.

Just checked, payment has been processed, got my e-tickets available now.
