prince to play at the Peace Concert in Beijing this April?

This may have been posted already but I don't recall seeing it on the org.
I've read yesterday in Q magazine that Prince is supposed to play at the Peace Concert in Beijing.
While this was the first time I heard this, a quick google revealed more info:
http://blog.taragana.com/...ing-71957/
The concert is scheduled to take place on 17 April and Jimmy Page is to headline the show.
Could this be true?

Why is that?
Q magazine is probably one of the most serious music magazines…
Anyway, the official site has him listed amongst the "target artists to be invited"
http://www.showofpeace.com/artists.html
(although I did note that Aerosmith is in there as well)

Why on earth would Prince join a PEACE festival in - of all places - the Peoples (?) Republic of China. How much PEACE is there really? Have we all forgotten about their politics regarding Tibet? I would find it a shame if he would perform there.

In fact he never played China before - appart from the Hong Kong show - maybe that's why.
What do you mean it's not in the computer?

SO WOULD YOU!!!! blackeye
Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews.
