I think he was a dear friend and gentleman to literally stop playing to personally escort her out of there and have her sit in his guest area. If you had looked back later you would have seen the person sitting in the area with Larry and Tina and his other guests Just KeepinItReal [Edited 10/25/09 16:43pm] I was right next to this woman he yanked and saw what happened. [Edited 11/4/09 6:54am] pplrain You are definitely not telling the truth. Prince came to get her and prior to him coming to get her before the show started security personnel advised her there was a seat available for her if she did not want to stand up. He did not yank her hand at all. He in fact had his hand out to her and was trying to stay back from the people in the crowd like you who were trying to grab at him when he came to get her. He then took her with his arm around her and her arm around him as they walked and were talking to the other side of the stage so she could go to seating. If you had been to other concerts you would know he actually on several occassions points to her to play her tambourine. And I guess you consider her rude because from what I understand you were one of the people pushing her in the crowd and she asked you to please move back. I would suggest the next time to post something to provide accurate information rather than making false statements to give a false impression. I would think for Prince to stop his concert and personally come down off the stage to escort someone arm in arm is something very positive and obviously he respects her and she respects him. I'm sure he's trying to prove that there is nothing wrong with his hip but there's a lot of evidence that says there very well could be. At least he didn't have a cane in this performance. This is not me trying to start shit or spread gossip, it is coming from a place of caring and admiration for Prince. The fact that laurarichardson attacked me for it is offensive. My husband and I were watching him backstage as the music to Purple Rain started. He was not happy about something, pounded his fists on the stage by the stairs and then he obviously got up on stage from the back by the drums ... I could not see how he got on stage from where I was standing, but like I said, it was very obvious to us that he was definitely in pain. And the only reason I have piped up here is because, like you, of my admiration and care for Prince. I really wish he would get his hip fixed.

I believe you Pplrain. If this is in fact the "Tambourine Lady" from Vegas, I have seen Prince personally escort her right off the stage. He had asked someone in the band to pick some audience members to come up and dance and then he walked off stage. I do not recall who it was that night, but when they were done the "Tambourine Lady" just kind of walked right up on stage. When Prince came back on and saw her, he immediately took her by the hand and personally escorted her back into the crowd. A few of us had a good laugh. I am sorry if you are reading this, but it did look pretty funny. I think Prince is just too nice of a soul to really be mean to her.

Just KeepinItReal[/b] Since this started from a statement I made, I find it funny that KeepinItReal didn't bother to ask what I meant by what I wrote. It could have been taken one of two ways now that I look at it closer. You took your interpretation of my statement and turned it into a negative which is really not what I meant it to be. Being more adult is good advise but leading by example I'm sure is the way to get that message across. " a newborn child knows nothing of destruction, nothing of love & hate"

People on this site just really should grow up and be adult enough to tell the truth and stop making threats.[b] I guess I expect too much for people to be mature on this site. It is obvious people on this site would rather believe lies than the truth. I know what you reported was not to imply anything negative in any way - however I wanted to provide the full information so some people would not try to portray in a negative aspect what actually did occur. My statement of some people not providing false information is not directed toward you at all. So I just want you to know I did not take your statement as negative and was providing additional information. However, in some instances people on the ORG, as you can see by some posts, who do not know the truth will sometimes believe information posted in a negative manner because some postings which attempt to portray an inaccurate impression. I provided my concern on the false information in some of these posts, I do need to state anything else, and I agree it is about being adult. I also am quite aware everything which occurred was very positive and your initial posting was based on your positive observations. Thank you for your feedback on my postings. Just KeepinItReal

Just KeepinItReal And thank you for replying to mine. It did get out of hand a little and I most definitely didn't want that to be because of what I posted. I have observed the way things go here and I truely wish that wasn't the case. " a newborn child knows nothing of destruction, nothing of love & hate"

I don't know where they went to after they walked away hand in hand..(to the land of OZ? ) to be honest I did not see hand in hand. It was too dark to see anything. I just know he did not want her under his nose making all that noise. Except for her McNasty there was no pushing in the front row, people were quite civil, I was actually surprized. I also had two of my buddies with me behind me). It was a good evening. [Edited 11/4/09 18:22pm] pplrain I said arm in arm - there is a difference - obviously you do not have an eye for detail or the truth for that matter - it doesn't surprise me. Very sad Just KeepinItReal It was you who was trying to fudge the truth. I was just keepin it real. I was at a NY show with Dave Chapelle to my side, I didn't see Prince stop the concert and come down to yank his buddy Dave to his "special friend's" quarters.
