Imagine the scene - you live in London and have always dreamed of seeing Prince at Paisley Park... you head to work, looking forward to a nice, relaxed weekend with your wife and meeting up with some friends, just looking through your emails to get ready for today's workload, and then you get the news you could buy tix... to see Prince at Paisley Park!! Cue high adrenaline rush and immediate excitement, followed by immediate doubts as to a) how on earth to get tickets, b) how on earth to get there by tomorrow night, and c) how on earth to convince your wife to go there with you?

I solved the first one (got two tix), I even managed to solve the second one (we both work in the airline industry and can use standby tickets, and there are suitable connections from LHR via ORD), but the last one will prove tricky... wish me luck I can convince her, this would be a dream come true !!

I even help promote the show by posting it on the front page and am told by the same person who sent me the information that tix are on sale tomorrow. So I go to bed and get up in the morning and in the middle of the fucking night they go on sale and there's nothing available now.
