Wow, I'm so happy for the US fans ! I hope he'll treat you to the same feast as we got in Paris. biggrin

And look at those prices ! Those 2 days in Paris cost me at least 400 euros :- neutral
I guess he thought the crisis hadn't struck Europe as bad as the US...

lol he should have thought better, it's absolutely crisis here.
But still, people spend a lot of money. But 20 euro's... going to the cinema with my kid costs the same and that's when I don't even have something to drink and nibble.. neutral

Great news for the "local" fans - have a great time everyone.

Totally gutted to have missed the Paris shows and 48 hours notice makes it impossible to get to Minne for this gig...I'd love to see him at Paisley!!

Carrie/Shawna, have a dance for me!!

Tickets still available on lotusflower.com but i can;t attend as I live in Singapore.

I have never complained about lotusflow3er.com so I seriously hope the people who haven't 'hated' get tickets first for this. Enjoy!

Imagine the scene - you live in London and have always dreamed of seeing Prince at Paisley Park... you head to work, looking forward to a nice, relaxed weekend with your wife and meeting up with some friends, just looking through your emails to get ready for today's workload, and then you get the news you could buy tix... to see Prince at Paisley Park!! Cue high adrenaline rush and immediate excitement, followed by immediate doubts as to a) how on earth to get tickets, b) how on earth to get there by tomorrow night, and c) how on earth to convince your wife to go there with you?

I solved the first one (got two tix), I even managed to solve the second one (we both work in the airline industry and can use standby tickets, and there are suitable connections from LHR via ORD), but the last one will prove tricky... wish me luck I can convince her, this would be a dream come true biggrin !!

Or you could look at it as an extra expense to your Prince ticket: It cost you your marriage!?

Just kidding! Amazing that you could tickets - both concert and flight. I'm sure your wife will go with you. Think of it this way: How often to you get the chance to go on an adventure like this!? Carpe diem!! Or you can simply mention to her all the jelaous orgers...

That's what I keep thinking as well biggrin

By the way - even though I got the confirmation screen in LF, I have yet to receive an email with the purchase order. Is this normal? Just getting slightly paranoid now that I might manage to sort everything else out just to arrive at PP and they tell me "Sorry Sir, we have no record of your ticket purchase"... Oh dear, I'm not going to get any work done today!!

I can't imagine they wouldn't allow you admittance if you show your passport/ID and you tell them you just flew in from London!? Besides, it says $31.21 if you purchase tickets on beforehand and $40 at the door. You'll make it, don't worry biggrin AND ENJOY!!!

Sonic - if your wife doesn't want to go I'll come with you! wink ... I'd have to get someone to look after my 2 girls... and find a few hundred quid (I don't need BOTH kidneys, do I?! hmmm ) and I'm all yours! thumbs up!
I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

C'mon and dance while you, while you still have your cherry babe, cherry babe..

I even help promote the show by posting it on the front page and am told by the same person who sent me the information that tix are on sale tomorrow. So I go to bed and get up in the morning and in the middle of the fucking night they go on sale and there's nothing available now.

I don't know why I bother.

Man.....

much as i hate to moan-cuz boy i've had some GREAT boots this year

this could've been PERFECT for the 'Prince playing in your home' claim made by Scott before we all joined LetusFUover.con

but nope.....cheap tix for about 100 folk instead

GREAT.....not

imagine how many folk would join up to see an actual live show-probably the ONLY reason there would be to join up now

I get up at 5:30am on Fridays, so no, I wasn't waiting up at midnight to see if that MIGHT have been when tickets went on sale.

This is such a joke. I can't believe I care anymore. lol I'm sick of this BS. I really and truly am.
