carpool to Paisley Park thread

With lots of folks coming in from out of town and folks from IN town trying to get out to the park, I thought people who can offer or are in need of a ride can post here.

I know orger Korbel is looking for someone to ride with.

I don't own a car myself, so can't offer - but I'm sure someone here can!

I can drive from downtown, except I am working first and might not be done til ten or later, and I don't have a ticket yet. But, I do plan to go out there. So, let me know, especially if you have an extra ticket. I doubt anything will really start til at least midnight. Also plan to bring a few coats to donate (and wear them to keep warm while in line.)

It totally is. I have a donate-able full-length down coat that I can wear in...then ditch it. That is perfect. nod

Stash an extra in your car. I'm sure the shuttle will be cozy. lol Then it will just be the walk to the shuttle and finding your car from there.

As long as they don't make folks wait outside for the shuttles. How long do you think it'll take to get a thousand people outta there? lol

Any idea what time the shuttle will be available to take us back to our cars after the show? Got a flight to catch!

Is anyone else staying at the Chanhassen Holiday Inn Express? I'd love to know exactly what to do from there since I'm not driving/can't drive.

Yeah, I would say that would be the easiet for you, considering the hotel is less than 2 miles from PP.

I'm not sure. In the past you could always park at or around PP. I wouldn't think there would be a lot of cabbies hanging around Chanhassen after midnight.
