I was there ! Will write a review later in the evening but first gotta take a hot bath to ease the muscle pain. Remained on my feet during the greater part of Sunday, Monday and drove back home to Belgium the same night (3 hour)
Got home at six AM and I'm still trying to find a sparkle of energy to keep typing smile smile

Some songs are missing... he also played and sung a long version of ABC from the Jackson 5!!!!! There were also other tracks I forgot, the concert was 2 hours 50 minutes!

This concert was just AMAZING !!! Über funky ! The house was on fire. I can die now, nothing can be better than that show. I'm still under the shock. The Grand Palais shows were great, but last night's show ? Uncredible !!!! ...

Now that's what I call a party. Email, short notice, kick ass and go...
Though bummer if you work for the notice period, it's a no go ..
But he's on a roll for sure. 7 Live hmmm I'm glad he played no more candy 4 U.
Go Paris.....Prince is digging you!

No, it was "I want you back", not "ABC" !

There were absolutely more songs than this setlist, but some were only played partly. There was an entire section old skool Sly & The Family Stone songs. I'm trying to remember which ones exactly, but it's hard...

Edit : OK posted above, apparently :
I Want To Be Free
Sing A Simple Song
Thank You Fallentinme Be Mice Elf Agin
Be Happy (Liv Warfield)

At last I found the topic! Great show, I was lucky to be in the front row, so I had Prince just in "for me"...Length of the show? I would say 2h20-30 not 2h50!! Anyway great gig! I didn't appreciate much the Grand Palais, because songs were the "hits" as sung in O²...This time, la Cigale was focused on outstanding songs, as previous set list described....One of my best Prince's concert ever!! I'm proud that I attend it as a kind of VIP...Sorry for Virginie74 that you missed it (I would be mad in your case). You told that in
the Grand Palais you were seated: too bad! Seated places were in the back and much more expensive than the other tickets....

Yeah, I should have moved to the "fosse" at the beginning of the first show, it would have been much better. But hey, it's easy to complain when the thing is over.
