I'm all excited but also abit anxious!! I want to go, but will be by myself... is any else from the UK going solo? I havent booked anything ( & wont until I secure a ticket )

For anyone who has used FNAC before, once the online sale starts does anyone know whether we will be able to print off an E- ticket or whether we have to pick the tickets up?
Is there a facility to pick tickets up from the Grand Palais? too much to figure out

On the 5 occasions I didnt get that message I got redirected back to the main page after selecting how many tickets I wanted!!
