Vergeet de elfstedentocht, de lage noren en alle winterpret want de zomer in Scheveningen wordt pas echt veelbelovend. Op 28 augustus komt er voor het eerst een 'Royal Beach Concert' op het scheveningse strand. Organisator Bob Reiche wil een groots concert met een grote popster trekken, zoals Robbie Williams.
