I just sent off a hard copy of a letter today. I would at least like to get an apology.  I don't have time to listen to new music, I've got too much old Prince to discover. I sent on the day after the show, and have not heard anything back... I was at the first show, and the sound was never fixed... and at the 3d show, we were not admitted until 1:30, after 6 songs had been played. Between the 2 of us (my wife and I) we spent about $500 for the shows and music club membership... she's been out of work for almost a year. got an em from nokia today saying my refund has been processed.
