gav may mean something else entirely, but i see it as being able to work together with prince on a fun, lighthearted and POSITIVE project that brings everyone together to celebrate the man and his music instead of protesting his actions (deservedly or not) and causing rifts within the fan community. i'm not saying that PFU was unnecessary or a mistake, but it's nice that we're able to "turn the beat around" and work together for something uplifting rather than divisive.

working on this contest was a step away from the negative and a step toward the positive.

I don't know if u saw my thank u over at another thread or at HQ, but I thank u from the bottom of my heart for making it possible for me to go. Purplecam is one of my best friends and he took me with him. We had a blast. Thank you very much! It was great seeing some familiar faces, and meeting some new ones. The night was truly magical
