Well knowing George Clinton the concert will probably finish the following Wednesday Well I hope he's on better form than he was at the Indigo2 last year, where the show was very short and he was hardly on stage himself, leaving it mostly to his band.

There will be an extra concert on tuesday (announced yesterday), so I'm guessing he's in great shape!

Why did the Mothership crash yesterday at the Paradiso? Because not anyone of the travellers had the guts to tell the dirty old man he lost his voice and his wit and that 6 guitar players can’t make up for 4 background vocalists, 2 horns and a drummer with mics that don’t work? Jesus Christ LEAVE this shipwrecked machine before it’s too late, LEAVE all you yeswavers, put on your James Brown CD’s, Prince: why is school not in session? Oh God, the funk was buried with JB. What a bleak dawn we are welcomed to. Salvation at October 1st in London?

you write funny, as if you have really lost faith and now Satan is pulling you to the dark side.... How you described Clinton's show is how I predicted it to be, and therefore I stopped going to his shows over 10 years ago!

Well, I loved it. I know, he had no voice, couldn't hear him most of the time, but I had a blast. Wouldn't want to miss it.

sure it's good.....but, after you've seen it 3 times, it's enough.....just like any Maceo Parker show.....it gets a tad boring!
