Hiya, maybe some fellow music connoisseurs from the UK have the answer... essentially I ordered a tourbook from the sight, which was apparently 'shipped' on 10/10/02. Does anyone have experience with ordering stuff from them, good or bad? How long was the wait? Unfortunately my girlfriend forgot to buy a program at the Hammersmith, and damned I'll be if she's to have mine, understandably.

Normally snailmail takes about 2 to 3 weeks to reach the Netherlands from the USA.
The UK (Great Brittain I assume?) is quite close to the Netherlands so I would expect similar delivery delays.
If nothing is at your doorstep by the end of this week I would start inquiring.

I have good and bad experiences.
My Rave remix album was sent back to the US when they could not find my address. Which is odd, as the One Nite Alone found it's way alright.
Then they did not inform me about this.
So I informed after my other orders and they again told me the address was unfindable.
So I had them sent it to my work address and now I own the tourbook.
Oh well.
I am not ready to damn the entire MC for this. Things happen.

I just had a reply from NPG:

"Fed Ex was unable to deliver your package so it was destroyed. May I please have a better address so I can send you a replacement?"

Which is strange because my address is correct in the profiles, but I've given the dude my work address...hopefully the ONA cd/ONA live cd's won't suffer the same fate.

Does this mean that FedEx require someone to be at home during time of delivery??? Crap.

FedEx, UPS, etc, etc all suck.
Even though their core business is delivering parcels they sometimes cannot find a perfectly valid address or even admit that.

But oh well, just take your chances. They're your only hope.

I ordered the Days Of Wild CD Single and Rave In2 CD like three weeks ago. Not that I'm worried so far, but I look suspiciously at the postman whenever he's around with his empty hands. You know, I just heard too many stories of people who didn't get their ONA CD and stuff. Let's be patient, it's just that I don't trust the NPGMC quite much

I ordered a couple of things (The War CD, Goldnigga CD, TRC t-shirt, poster, tourbook) and always received everything, also Rave in2 and ONA, in time or even before.
I never had any problems with them.

I am one of the unfortunate ones that has still not received the 'One Nite Alone' cd, It was returned to them (yes my address was correct in the members profile) and they told me that it would not be sent again till the next cd was sent. Seeing as how the time is nearing for the next cd to be sent I have sent them e-mails so that they make sure to send both of them to me.
I had no problem when I ordered from members retail that took about 20 days to arrive (Europe)
Anyway heres hoping that this time around everything runs smoothly

it is a complete mess; I received the free CD after 5 months and a zillion emails from NPGMC that the order was in process

i ordered a Hat and T-shirt on septembre 28th.
I still haven't received it and in my account states
SHIPPED for about 4 weeks ago.

I've e-mailed them but they reply stating that they have a 4 to 6 week delivery period.
It's now 6 weeks ago..???
