ARTHRITIS

apparentley his has been in great pain for some time with his joints in his leg. He was supposed to get operation after tour but pain has got so great. He kept Dublin from getting cancelled til the last minute because he loved Ireland and really wanted to play but pain is crippling him and he needs to get opereation asap. If this is true then its a valid reason.
Just what i read. Not saying its fact but sounds pausible to me.

Its widely known that Prince has problems with his hips, so its the obvious one for the forums/media to mention as a possibility, Prince needs to come out and give an actual explanation, otherwise there are going to be lots of explanations banded around, right or wrong.

If there is a medical reason, everyone will understand and he won't get the hammerring in the media he is currently getting, the fact that no explanation has been offerred leads you to think that there is not a medical reason, but that is caused by Prince not stating the reason.

He is a very private person, but saying the gig is cancelled due to a hip problem meaning he cannot perform would suffice, I wouldn't say its a medical problem without further detail, as that will start the media on a whole new tangent on whats wrong !!!

Well, I withhold my sympathy until it's officially confirmed! Right now I think the cancellation sucks and he's an ass for cancelling on 55.000 people without any explanation!

Ive not seen any reason yet to believe the hype about a hip problem, wheres the evidence of a gammy hip? seems to be media rumour to me, hes not that old. I think it came about because he said he was taking time off, but he hasnt done that has he? he's been at the grammys etc and coachella.

I dont think theres a medical reason like that but i guess we'll never know.

would be great if he could get a resheduled date out in the next week or so. would forgive just to have it to look forward to.
He must be gutted to. It's not like he plays stadiums every day. It must still be exciting for him

Maybe it was all that dancing he did after the coachella concert, I remember seeing a vid on YT of him dancing the night away, it was only a few weeks ago.

But if it is true, all he had to do was make a simple announcement before things got out of control and we would have accepted that, but the way things are at the moment it looks like he is having fun winding people up. He's in swowbuisness for gods sake, he more than anyone knows how the press distort the truth etc. So it's about time he either got a fucking website so we know whats going on or the least he can do is send a message to either prince.org or housequake, the silly motherfucker. I still love him though.

I saw hime at Coachella - he was fine. He also attended a book launch and held a private concert for P Diddy & co, was not at the latter 2 events but all feedback was a healthy prince! No i am sure the concert in Dublin is cancelled because he lost interest and it is only Europe. Trust me he would never allow this to happen in US nor the O2 fiasco. Miserable so and so
