is there drink on sale inside croke park???

Hi guys,
was just wondering if there is a bar or bars inside croke pk?
will we be allowed to access with our own drinks??
I'm sure the prices would be wildly expensive!!

The stands are equipped with full bar service, whether they'll be serving alcohol or not I don't know, but I'd say probably.

But -

- no drinks can be brought in from outside
- no drink will be available on the pitch area

If drink is available in the stands, it won't be any more wildly expensive than average Dublin prices (which are wildly expensive).

I thought alcohol wasn't allowed?

Anyway, no (or very few) drinks for me. Try to avoid pee breaks and miss things..

Designated drinking area outside the actual ground, you have to ditch the booze before going onto pitch. So I'd call that 'no booze'.

I never really understood that. About 10 years ago, I went to a Prince concert in Evansville, Indiana (of all places), and while they did sell beer, you could drink it only in an area outside of the seating area and with no view whatsoever of the stage. I'm not even sure if you could hear much of anything from there.
