I just got back from Nighttown, WOW !

The show started at around 2:15, ended 4:30, including a 15 minute break. It was nothing like the regular ONA concerts. (an expensive afterparty really, sorry, I can't help it, my keyboard made me do it)

Prince was in a very playfull mood. He played the guitar quite heavy during the show.
Some of the songs played (not in the correct order, and lots missing) were Bambi, Question of you, Dolphin, Mirror Mirror, and When you were mine,

A great show. One of the great parts was the Blackwell drumsolo before the break. He played the beat to Question of you, with crazy fast incredible drumsolo's in between. Just to pick up the QOU beat again. He did that about 10-15 times. It was like he was un-human. It made everyone laugh. I've never heard anything like it!

In the end Prince checked if his guitar still coundn't fly, and knocked over his mike and some Cymbals before he left.
The guitar made noise for about 15 mins. after he left (he can do almost anything with his pedals

A big thumbs up from me for this show (oh yeah, the first (Rotterdam Ahoy) concert was great as well).

Oh, something i forgot to mention..

It was Prince with his entire band. Maceo and Leeds were gone, i believe it was already like that in Milan.
Sheila E. was there (she also was at the regular concert).
Sheila didn't get a lot of attention, besides a couple of solo's. She was great though.

Candy got more fun with Prince. The 'play on the sax what i play on the guitar' kinda things.
