got a reply quite quick. Here's what they said. (including their typos)

I was surprised actually that they bothered to get back to me. Quite swift also.

the answer is short answer is no, the long answer is maybe. we have made
suggestions to prince on load balancing the website for year 3, so hopefully
he will listen to the suggestion. but for the time being, threes not much
we can do about it, we have already tweaked the website as much as possible
to make it as fast as possible so this is as good as its gonna get...
sorry.

They mailed that they were selling the tickets at their Ticketbooth at Audobon Road.
