wasn't that: at least 7 days before the gig?
That's what my conformation mail said.

Yeah, I think they say that to cover themselves, not to 'expect' them until 7 days before gig. But, as we've booked well in advance, they've obviously got time to get them sent out biggrin

Yeah 7 days before the gig. I will have to check with ticketmaster.

I chose to get them via email so I had them the same day I ordered.

Even if it's a drag I would have loved to buy a golden circle ticket and be close, but the person I'm going with refused to stand so...

.....so you should have gone ahead and done your own thing and left them at home!!!! lol wink lol

But seriously, as much as I always stand throughout the concert, I prefer the seated area as it stops people treading all over you. You have your own litte 15" square space to comandeer and dance your arse off in!

And you can rush off to the loo and get back to your exact space in quicktime!!!
Ever tried to get to and from a toilet during a gig when you crammed in the middle of packed football pitch???? Oooh baby! You'll be lucky to make it back to where you started in under 30 minutes, that's even if you make it back at all!!!!! eek

the last time i stood for a concert on the floor i mean (i always stand in the seats - on if allowed) was a michael jackson wembley tour back in 80 something. cant remember when and then i spent most of the time on my partners shoulders. But its true on the floor - you gotta stay where you are - no pee breaks or drink breaks.

i assumed the golden circle would have designated seats anyhow?

whats the health and safety like in Dublin? I bet theres seats! if there are then im so gonna buy a golden ticket. I only went for the seats this time as i NEEd a chance to sit ocassionally.

I guess gold circle is standing. There's no mention of seat-numbers on the tickets anyway. the only seat i'd take is Prince's lap.
