Yup. You would have to be of legal drinking age aftershows are usually held in nightclubs you had to be 18 to get into the Indigo2 last summer.

I seriously doubt you will pal. Unless you look well over 18. Irish bouncers are a law unto themselves. And they will be IDing everyone that night. They love ruining people lives. Irish bouncers thing they own the joints. Even if you are over 18, if yiu cannot prove it they will refuse. So travelers from the UK etc. Bring ID with you if ya look handsomely young.

I was able to get in at the indigo at the age of 17, my girlfriends weren't, anyway, I went alone, they stayed outside:)

The thing is, if you look over 18, you get in. If you don't, well, you don't get in :p.

Last summer London at the main show, my girlfriends even had to hand their beers back to a security agent! (IMO no drinking under 18 is a very stupid rule, I'm glad that we don't have this in Belgium)

Semi-related note: I had a client who threw events at nightclubs in a state where you have to be 21 just to enter a bar/club, and we ID'ed everyone at the door, unless it was someone we personally knew (and we knew they were 21+). Didn't matter how old you looked... I checked some ID's belonging to people in their 40's.

When I was in London, september 16 I went to the official 3121 aftershow in Indig02 (Prince was there with the hole band, NICE) it wasn't any problem 2 get in and i'm only 16. I also bougth a beer or maybe more than just one : b

i got id'd at 31 in dublin, i hope you get in i really do but if it's in a club chances are slim hun. make sure you have a fall back plan. or ingratiate yourself with others in the queue, try and get in with them and hope the bouncers don't spit you on the way in..
