Prince preform a wacko jacko song? I don't think so. I don't think he'd like to give Michael the satisfaction!

Prince doing thiller is a great idea tho. I'd like to see him do 'hot pants' by James! Smokin!

They were in talks to record BAD as a duet, but Prince wouldn't sing 'Your butt is mine' to Jackson, and said Jackson certainly ain't singing it to him (Prince), I've seen Prince discuss this in an interview on video, so its legit, so ya never know ....

All nice, these 'old' (but genius) songs. But I thought I heard him say once 'I've already done this, i want something new'. So why doing a greatest hits tour? Not that I'm complaining. Will be present front row, dancing like a mad girl.

He already has. He did Don't Stop Til You Get Enough with Tamar a few years ago, and at one London aftershow on 9th September during Controversy, he got Marva and Shelby to do the WBSS 'Ma Ma Se Ma Me Sa Me Ma Coo Sa' chants along with it.

I also heard of a fusion between Billie Jean and 1+1+1=3 at a ONA show.

Get off!
Baby, when U went away
U stayed away 2 long
Baby, what can I say?
No one does me wrong (And gets away with it)
Mutiny!
I said I'm takin' over
U gotta give up the ship
U gotta take a little trip
I'm talkin' mutiny!
I said I'm takin' over
U gotta give up the ship
U should've been a little more hip
Now baby, when U talk 2 me
U don't have much 2 say
Baby, why can't we be
Lost in love like yesterday?
I'm talkin' mutiny!
I said I'm takin' over
U gotta give up the ship
U gotta take a little trip
I'm talkin' mutiny!
I said I'm takin' over
U gotta give up the ship
U should've been a little more ...
Darlin', darlin' with unity
Huh, no one, but no one could make us fall
Darlin', now there's mutiny
Huh, maybe U should have called
Get off! {x2}
Mutiny!

I said I'm takin' over

Get off! {x2}
Baby, U treated me
Like some unwanted child
Baby, it's all over now
I loved U all the while
I'm talkin' mutiny!

Well I think it's being billed as 'greatest hits' like london was, but to be honest he did manage to slip quite a few album tracks in to those shows amongst the purple rains and 1999s... my absolute favourite was the instrumental intro to Question of U seguing into The One. Unbelievable, jaw dropping, got everything crossed he does that again!

There were also a few absolute belters in the acoustic set like 'how come u don't call me'... not that I didn't love the rasberry berets and so on, they were arrangements I hadn't heard before which was brilliant, but something unexpected in the middle of it all is so fantastic. My idea of heaven would be him doing Damn U, The Dance, I love U in me... I think I'm dreaming!

I agree with the Thieves in the Temple thing B3xy I love it and tried refusing to go home till he played it (sadly the big security man wasn't having any of that).

Covers is an interesting shout though, looks like the aftershow on the last night in London was mainly covers!
You might not like the taste but I'm still gonna stick your face in this FUNK

would love an instrumental medley. He IS a great guitarplayer. And piano, and bass and...
Must-sings for me are Boys&Girls, Cream (most sensual song ever), Black sweat, Darling Nikki, F.U.N.K, we can funk and thieves in the temple

I would love for him to play one or two from Rainbow Children again. God, that album rules. Maybe even The Work Pt.1? I know, I know, it's Croke Park, big crowd, he's going to concentrate on hits and whatnot.
I would love to see an aftershow of tracks from Xpectation, C-Note and the like. Just a chilled out jazzy affair, with mayb the last half hour moving onto some mad funky jams.

i'm being flippant in the other thread so i will be in earnest here ... yeah The Cross would be amazing, because I think it's one that a lot of your casual fans at Croke Park on the day would have forgotten or never have heard ... but has the potential to get the entire stadium behind it in that size venue.

also .... anybody know about the Quake? cool

Just watched Showgirls & I'd forgot all about this. Plenty of songs from Crystal Ball he could do. Dare I say it P Control is excellent live, but no chance.

Any song we haven't really heard live would be great.

By the way I've heard Calhoun Square live. It was awesome. In Germany. Thought it was a cover first time I heard it.
