i got skanked! gold circle wasnt even an option when i started bidding. So ive ended up with 4 126 euro tickets that are further away and cost more than gold circle (which became availible after i made my purchase).

Hey, don't worry...remember at the O2 - floor seating wasn't nearly as good as the seats on the side in blocks 102 etc. I think they've made the pricing reflect the view you'll get. Gold circle holders will get a cricked neck from straining upwards (including myself cos I did manage to get them). wondering if I really have the best tickets actually!!

Yeah I agree with you on the o2. But in a stadium the best place is definitely at the front on the pitch. And you can always move back if the stage is too high.

On another board a girl said she emailed croke park (not the prince concert, anothing one) about the difference between A & B and she got a reply saying;

Hi R*****

Gold A is split from Gold B as in Gold A is nearest to the stage.

Kind Regards

same here gold circle was not an option when I went on so I got lower tier block 304 which still looks pretty good and I am too short for standing anyway!

yeah, the seats look good but its a tad unfair that they were not an option... i was under the impression that the most expensive were gold circle. Still, should be good.

Got some gold circle tickets. I think the gold circle holds about 1500-2000 well it seemed to be about that at the U2 gig in croke park. But you had to queue up to get in then.

Brilliant i thought that GOLD A and B would just be a different entrance. Class!

Might be that in due course 3121 members will receive a mail to purchase Gold A or B tickets (max 2 per person), I was told by someone who works in UK tour management. I haven't got any tickets yet so I hope this will be the case.
I love Prince and chocolate - in that order

got 6 gold a tickets. i'm not too bad, but my friend are a bunch of shorties. if it is divided at least you will have a barrier at the back to relax at if pace gets too much. on the seating chart there looks to be a gap anyway between circl and stage so hopefully neck won't be too stiff on the tuesday.

3121 members offered Gold Circle? And assuming that at the previously mentioned U2 gig that area held about 1500-2000 I guess only a handful of 3121 members would get them. Hmm.

Oh well I just spent £450 on two Gold Circle's from Seatwave. They don't state which bit but at least I'm going smile

And for me the whole trip to Dublin is a four day treat so it's all gonna be good smile Never been to Dublin but have friends who rave about it.

I think Prince should play Gold and gold glitter should rain on the golden circle. Not that I'll be in it, but anything to coax him into playing that song.
