Well, lets put it this way. We all know about the Dutch/Prince love affair. I'd be shocked if he did a European stadium tour and didn't play Holland.

Amsterdam Arena has one advantage: the roof can be closed. And I do still remember my last Prince stadium concert in the rain: Nude '90 in Rotterdam. That sucked big time!

You should try the places in the back of the Arene, Ive seen Genesis from there and it was OK. But sure Rotterdam is better atmosphere. Maybe time for a re-visit of Utrecht Nieuw Galgenwaard?

Arena has been used for ' in the round' before by the way.

Parkpop is free of charge. If you look at the ticketprices for the Dublin gig, i guess its not a prince kinda party in Den haag fit

Yeah, sure. But then, why let the poor Irish fans pay for the transport of all the gear and the band? lol

I could agree with NOT the Ams Arena. Westergastfabriek would do in Amsterdam, or Paradiso (where I saw him for a few minutes in 1980). I would even consider him to come to my house for an acoustic session smile

Arena has been used for ' in the round' before by the way.

Ahoy would be Ok with me. But isf Prince wants to make some big money (so it seems with 80.000 tix for Dublin, then a stadium will be the place, or Maybe the Goffert in Nijmegen (maybe together with Lenny at Rockinpark? (Seen Those two together before, that was GREAT!!! ) headbang fro excited bananadance
