He was found to be innocent on all charges - why can't people just let it drop. He's been through hell because of these accusations.

Victor Guttierez - was sued by michael jackson in the mid-1990s for libel and slander relating to sexual allegations he could not prove and was found by the judge and jury to have falsely created and disseminated stories in the media in attempts of ruining Michael Jackson's reputation. Victor Gutierrez was ordered to pay $2.7 million dollars to Michael Jackson for damages, but fled the country instead and still owes Jackson that amount.

Diane Dimond - was also part of the lawsuit, and again she could not prove the claims alleged and was found to have lied about various aspects of it, but was eventually excused from the suit because of "journalistic" reasons. Diane Dimond was also the one who claimed that the 2003 accuser's DNA evidence was found amongst other claims, when it really was not.

Bob Jones - the documentary failed to mention that when Bob Jones testified under oath in 2005, he admitted that many of the stories he wrote about in his book (after being fired) were sensationalized and he could not recall even writing most of them, let alone the events that they described. he admitted that he was running low on money and he had no sordid tales to tell while under oath.

Randy Tarraborrelli - presented as a 'long-time friend' of Michael Jackson. That is a lie, let's set the record straight Randy DID know MJ yes BACK IN THE 70's before he even made Off the Wall. All of his photos of him with MJ were black and white, he is not in contact with Michael anymore. Yet somehow he has managed to turn this early relationship into his life's career - he has turned written two books about Michael Jackson claiming to have an insider's view of what has happened in Mike's life when he hasn't been close to the star in over 30 years. His books and his opinion are mere speculation.

Penney, Gavin and Star Arzivo were sent out of the store by their father with an armload of stolen clothes, the family was detained and Janet started a "scuffle" with security officers. The shop lifting charge was dropped, but Janet filed a lawsuit for $3 million, saying that when she was detained she was "viciously beaten" by three security officers, one of which was female[13].

The psychiatrist hired by J. C. Penney to evaluate Janet Arzivo found her to have rehearsed her children into supporting her story and to be both "delusional" and "depressed," although Janet's own doctor found her to be only the latter

Within that same time the 'deprived' mother Janet attempted to buy a $28,000 SUV, which was turned down after her creadit was too low.

Janet accused her ex-husband of beating her and sexually 'assaulting', molesting their daughter. In court the father claimed that Janet 'coached' the children to make these allegations against him for money.
