Confused This is the story;
Concert tomorrow starts at 9 pm. Unsure about soundcheck, but somebody said i should be there 4 pm. What are we supposed to do from the time that's finished till the concert begins? Just hang around??? Or maybe go and change clothes? Eat dinner? What do you do? Be nice people, i'm young and unexperienced.

in general, here's the typical scenario (i went to several concerts in the states - nothing in europe, so there may be differences). folks will start lining up early during the day, as early as 8:00 am, but the line doesn't really get big until later , usually early afternoon (depending on which city, size of the city, etc.)
the doors were opened for members to go to the soundcheck somewhere between 5:00 and 6:00 pm, but our concerts were listed as start time 8:00 pm not 9:00 pm, so the soundcheck where you are may be later. you could get there at 4ish and definitely go to the soundcheck, however, you may be in the last few rows of the npgmc section. those are still good seats, so if it doesn't matter to you to be front row, then 4ish would work. for 2 of the soundchecks, they were playing as we walked in, for 1 it too a while for them to take the stage. after the soundcheck, they start letting in the other folks, so the concert will start about an hour after the soundcheck. for the concerts here in the states, you really couldn't leave to change or eat. some venues may have stuff to eat, otherwise, eat before you go, or bring something to eat in line. Thanks
So, after the soundcheck we're just supposed to hang around inside and wait for the show to begin. Wouldn't it be a bit early to come 4 pm, when the actual concert starts at 9? I guess it depends on how long the soundcheck lasts, but still..

In Dublin on the 10th, the soundcheck finished at around 7pm leaving us time to chill and chat to each other. There was food (?) available although we had to do a tag team to get to it as we were afraid we'd lose our seats to some unscrupulous blonde in leather trousers ( U know who U are)
but the time flew until the evening show started. Just chill and enjoy the atmosphere. You wont want to miss a minute of it. *********if you cant be good - be Wylde **********
